Prevent Air Pollution

Did You Know?
You can save an average of $586 a month on auto expenses by using public transport.

About half of our air pollution comes from driving vehicles. Implement some of these tips to reduce your contribution to air pollution. Take public transportation or ride a bicycle to get to work.

  • Try carpooling and immediately cut gas emissions and fuel costs.
  • Maintain your vehicle and get regular tune-ups to increase fuel economy.
  • Modify your driving habits to consume less fuel. For example, if you stop for more than 10 seconds, except in traffic, turn off your engine.
  • Use a bicycle courier service instead of vehicle courier service for short distances.
